Are you open to the public?

We are open to the public. We operate as a wholesale nursery. To better serve retail customers, we have been working adding price tags to most of our product in 2021. We do have a small staff. Please be patient with us and we will be happy to serve you.

Do you sell seeds, vegetable starts, annuals, or sod?

Thank you for checking with us. We do not sell seeds, vegetable starts, annuals, or sod. There are other great local businesses that carry these items. For annuals and vegetable starts try Kuwahara Wholesale or Lambert Growers. For seeds try Mountain Valley Seed Company. There are many reliable online seed retailers as well.

What is your warranty policy?

On retail sales: Eligible purchases have a 1 year warranty, which entails a replacement plant of equal or lesser value within the 1 year period. To redeem a warranty, you must have a copy of your receipt. We are not able to look up your receipt. Warranty fulfillment is at the discretion of our staff and may be denied for any reason, at any time. By making a purchase, you agree to our warranty policy.

On wholesale sales: Twin Pines Nursery guarantees its nursery stock to be true to name and in good condition when it leaves our premises. However we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to productivity or survivability of any plant due to conditions beyond our control, such as: watering, excess or lack of, types of soil, frost, drought, fertilization or planting techniques. By making a purchase, you agree to our warranty policy.
